Zero. Sign-up is free with no strings. No setup cost, no monthly fee, no upfront commission. You only pay a commission (indicative 7–12%) when you actually receive a successful booking.
Only on successful bookings generated by ITLY. If the customer doesn't show up (no-show) or the booking is cancelled, you pay nothing. Visibility in the showcase, profile, business page and direct inquiries are always free.

Automatically, through official national registries — no manual document uploads. One identifier (VAT) is enough. This ensures the ITLY showcase only contains real, compliant businesses.

Yes. Unlike classic platforms that mediate every message, with ITLY HUB contact is direct: after a request or booking, you get the customer's phone and email and you manage the relationship — from pre-arrival tips to the next booking.
All those that make a destination real: restaurants, farm stays, B&Bs, hostels, experiences, guides, artisan workshops, wineries, shops, local stores, outdoor sports, festivals and markets. Current focus: Marche. We'll add new regions gradually.
We're still pre-MVP: this is the interest validation phase. Marche is our pilot region — we want to see if the model (auto-verification from registries, points, gems, commission only on successful bookings) actually resonates before building the full platform.

As we select the 360 Founding Partners, we'll prep the MVP in Marche together. If the model works, by 2027 we'll extend to other Italian regions. We'll email you with updated dates.
A small QR code (physical or digital) the customer scans on arrival. It confirms the booking succeeded — unlocks the commission (only then) and awards the customer their ITLY trip points. Zero disputes, zero paperwork.
You automatically join the MVP queue: at public launch you get priority access over new sign-ups, with the same base terms (free sign-up, no monthly fee).
